As a key member of the Mental Health Support Team, you will work closely with schools and other stakeholders to provide high-quality mental health services to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems in educational settings.
- Collaborate with schools and other agencies to identify and address mental health needs, and provide training and support to staff.
- Work with children and young people who require more specialist services, and facilitate their access to these services through effective multi-agency working.
- Support schools in developing their mental health and wellbeing policies and practices.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for schools and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and services to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to mental health care.
