Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Brands Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, managing projects, and supporting the Client Directors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client liaison and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare project status reports and timings to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support the team with project coordination and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Assist in financial management and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Create briefs and proposals for design work to meet client expectations.
  • Contribute to business development and client growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.
