Account Director - Branding and Packaging

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Diageo España SA. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of branding and packaging strategies across our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Development
    • Develop and implement branding and packaging strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies.
  • Account Management
    • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting to measure brand performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on brand strategies and initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in branding and packaging, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
