- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and packaging, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Proven experience in design management, with a focus on brand and packaging design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual identity, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
