Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Brands Account Manager to join our team at The Fix Creative Ltd. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing projects, and supporting our Client Directors.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations
  • Prepare and present project status reports, timelines, and budgets to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our client base
  • Assist in the management of client budgets, financials, and invoicing processes
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients' businesses, markets, and industry trends


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
