About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Decent Packaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Focus on achieving and exceeding individual sales goals by maximising sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and understanding of our customers' and potential customers' businesses.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of Decent Packaging's products and brand, and utilise this knowledge to communicate updates, events, and follow-up with clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service at all times, wowing our customers with timely and accurate responses and follow-up with all sales leads.
  • Business Planning: Daily planning to maximise sales activities and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual personal and team sales goals.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Solid history of meeting and exceeding sales goals, with a proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven individual, not satisfied with the status quo, with the ability to work and motivate yourself independently while also working collaboratively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest in the coffee and hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
