Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers, showcasing our innovative offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high shop standards, contributing to a positive and engaging environment for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Manage opening and closing shifts, working closely with the Shop Manager to ensure seamless operations.
Working Arrangements

This role requires flexibility, with availability from Monday to Friday (5pm-10pm) and Saturday and Sunday (8am-10pm), including weekends and bank holidays. Your typical weekly rota will comprise a mix of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
