Becoming a Human Resources Administrator at Baker McKenzie Belfast Centre offers an exceptional opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic global law firm. The ideal candidate will be on course for a 2:1 degree or above with HR-related modules, and have excellent communication skills (oral and written), as well as the ability to work autonomously and proactively.

The salary for this position is approximately €25,000 per year, which includes a comprehensive benefits package, including private health cover, income protection, and an employee assistance plan.   • Key responsibilities include generalist HR/recruitment administration tasks and projects, such as new joiner, leaver, and recruitment administration, scheduling interviews, diary management, and room bookings.
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system and job boards, performance management and probation administration, preparation of the monthly payroll file, and maintaining HR records and systems, including reporting.
  • Processing of HR-related invoices and attending recruitment fairs/events, maintenance of social media platforms with a focus on employer brand, and other duties as required.
