Job Overview
The Mount Charles Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role will provide support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires and maintaining accurate personnel records. With a strong focus on administration, this position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Onboard new hires, including Right to Work checks and offer letters
Maintain personnel records and ensure data accuracy
Assist in preparing employee communications and relations templates
Manage HR documents and ensure compliance with audits
Verify Right to Work in UK and Ireland and monitor onboarding dashboard

Requirements:
Minimum one year's Human Resource experience
Proven ability to quickly learn new software applications
Strong multi-tasking skills and effective communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
