About the Role: VANRATH is seeking an experienced Human Resource Administrator to join their close-knit HR function. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will ensure the provision of a high-quality Human Resources service for all employees. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of Human Resource experience and strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple project components at the same time while meeting tight deadlines. They will also possess strong written and verbal skills, with a focus on effectively managing multiple processes. With the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for administering offboarding processes, recording sickness and maternity leave, and responding to HR queries from managers and employees. Additionally, you will coordinate training sessions, maintain and update employee records, and monitor onboarding dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing onboarding for new hires, including Right to Work checks, security clearances, and issuing offer letters and contracts. Estimated salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, commensurate with location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: Administer offboarding processes, record sickness and maternity leave, and respond to HR queries from managers and employees. Coordinate training sessions, including sending invitations, booking venues, and arranging catering. Maintain and update employee records, issuing contractual amendments as required. Monitor onboarding dashboards, following up with new hires on outstanding tasks. Note-take during meetings, ensuring accurate records are kept. Oversee onboarding for new hires, including Right to Work checks, security clearances, and issuing offer letters and contracts. Support operations by ensuring new and transitioning employees receive timely and accurate onboarding information. Validate and maintain accurate data for new hires, ensuring compliance with audits. Verify Right to Work compliance for employees in the UK and Ireland.
