Paediatric Care Assistant

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to children and adults with complex needs in the Ashford area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in care work, particularly with clients requiring tracheostomy and ventilation care. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with clinical interventions such as PEG feeds, seizure management, and medication administration.
- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care work, particularly with clients requiring tracheostomy and ventilation care.
- Full right to work within the UK and a full UK driving license with access to a car.
- Ability to commit to at least two shifts per week.
