Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to children and adults with complex needs in the Ashford area.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in care and be able to commit to at least two shifts per week. We offer a comprehensive training program, competitive pay, and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with clinical interventions such as PEG feeds, seizure management, and medication administration.
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure the highest standard of care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care, preferably with children and adults with complex needs.
  • Full right to work within the UK and a full UK driving license with access to a car.
  • Ability to commit to at least two shifts per week.
