About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Health Care Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Neonatal Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to patients and their families in the Neonatal Unit
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Has a strong background in healthcare, preferably in a neonatal setting
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Is committed to delivering high-quality patient care
