About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Health Care Assistant to join our dynamic team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and demanding environment, providing care for sick neonates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans for neonates, working collaboratively with parents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to neonates, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) in Care, with a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3.
  • 6 months' experience of working at NVQ Level II in Care, with experience of working with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a dynamic environment.
