About the Role

The Commercial Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Varonis' products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
  • Participate in marketing events and trade shows to promote Varonis' products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College/University or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on business-to-business sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
