This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care to children and their families.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing analysis of key workforce information areas to support the Lead Analyst and Establishment Manager. You will also work closely with the People Team to ensure that regulatory reporting requirements are met.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including time out days for those experiencing menopause symptoms, time off for gender reassignment, and enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay.
