We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our HC-One Ltd. team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

About The Role

This is a full-time role working NIGHT shifts, 8pm - 8am, 38.5 hours per week, 3 on and 3 off shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs met at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Lead the care team and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve care outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care.
  • Previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Integrity, fairness, and respect for residents, families, and colleagues.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 per annum, based on 38.5 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
