Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of £12.13 per hour, with opportunities for flexible working and professional development.
About the RoleAs an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a programme of activities linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.
You will also design and facilitate group activities to stimulate and engage residents, maintaining and promoting activities that meet their interests.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly with a degree of flexibility in the hours worked
