About the Role

As a Complex Care Manager at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care services to clients in the Milton Keynes area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ICBs and other care providers to ensure cohesive care planning.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and their families to ensure transparency and understanding.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in managing and coordinating care teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
  • Full UK driving license for client visits.
