About the Role:This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our care home, including general correspondence, telephone enquiries, and reception duties. You will also be responsible for preparing timesheets and submitting summaries relating to payroll, record keeping, and taking minutes of meetings.
As a key member of our team, you will provide accurate and efficient typing support from written and recorded material, utilizing Microsoft Office to ensure the layout and appearance meet corporate standards. You will also maintain confidentiality at all times and coordinate the duty rota, liaising with Bank and Agency staff when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Social Services Assessment forms and invoice clients accordingly
- Prepare and submit data relating to petty cash and wages totals monthly
- Match supplier invoices/delivery notes and obtain authorisation to pay prior to submission to Head Office for payment
