Job Title: Financial Reporting Specialist

The Tate company is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity will involve taking charge of the commercial aspects of financial reporting, working closely with operational and management teams to ensure efficient business operations.

This role will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for developing business performance data and analysis for directors and managers, as well as identifying opportunities to increase margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Partnering: Support project management teams from tender through to completion and provide insights to manufacturing teams on BOM and direct costs.
  2. Commercial Awareness: Collaborate with sales managers to enhance commercial awareness and review recovery rates and departmental charging mechanisms.
  3. Performance Analysis: Assist in developing business performance data and analysis for Directors and Managers, and develop customer profitability analysis.
