The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our venue, driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a similar or hospitality business
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
