The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our venue, driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a hospitality or entertainment business
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
