The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our venue in Lakeside, UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability
  • Monitor and improve customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director and Marketing team to drive revenue growth and improve occupancy rates
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar or hospitality business, with a proven track record of leadership and operational management
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on building a positive team culture
  • Experience in managing relationships with suppliers, controlling inventory, and ensuring cost-effective procurement
  • Knowledge of local regulations related to food safety, hygiene, and general health and safety practices in hospitality settings
