At Oakleaf Partnership, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Performance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Head Office team, you will play a critical role in driving individual and regional performance through effective influence and coaching of business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business performance and improve employee engagement.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address performance gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  3. Provide coaching and development opportunities to business partners to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to business partners.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
  2. Strong generalist HR experience, with a focus on performance management and employee engagement.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
  4. Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
