Help Mitie Deliver Exceptional Results

As the Head of People and Performance for Mitie's Immigration and Justice sector, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human capital strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in cultivating a high-performing culture, driving organisational design, and delivering tailored people solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational design activities to deliver people change, talent, learning and development, and reward solutions
  • Monitor key metrics such as labour costs, engagement, and talent retention, and generate regular reports for senior leadership
  • Oversee all people aspects of new business deals, including bids and contract mobilisations, and manage the people components of margin enhancement initiatives
  • Foster an environment of high performance, trust, and openness by establishing strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Provide expert counsel and guidance on escalated HR cases and cyclical activities
  • Promote continuous improvement and adaptability, encouraging employees to embrace change as an opportunity for growth and development
Requirements
  • Recent experience in a senior HR role within the Immigration and/or Justice sectors
  • Strong track record in managing and driving HR strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Comprehensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
  • Commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely people insights
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of TUPE regulations
  • Ability to travel and hold a clean driving licence
