We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing two advisors and helping enhance our operational excellence and the strategic HR impact of the service.

As a Performance Management Specialist, you will provide a broad range of generalist HR, case work, employment law, and operational HR expertise. You must embody Currie & Brown's values of being professional, collaborative, and honest, and be capable of handling both extraordinary and everyday HR, providing comprehensive advice to the business with a track record of achievement in a HR setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist advice on employment law and employment practice, particularly guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Maintain and develop policies and undertake project work as required within HR strategy.
  • Lead HR projects aligned with our people strategy.
  • Drive HR process improvements and support the People Director in delivering HR strategy.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance across all areas of responsibility.
  • Support our European business in compliance with local legislation.
  • Assess and implement training programs and manage performance appraisals.
