Opal Contracting Ltd: We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building key relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and sustained trading. You will also be required to deliver exceptional customer service, evaluate enquiries via telephone, and produce quotations based on agreed commercial policies.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to develop trading customers and repeat business, escalate potential opportunities for new or repeat business, and make proactive customer telephone calls to create opportunities and orders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and driving business growth. If you have experience working in a customer-centric role within a sales office environment and possess strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, we would love to hear from you.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance cover, Health Cash Plan, pension contribution of 3%, and annual performance bonus.
