Senior Compensation Analyst

We are partnering with a global infrastructure Fortune 500 consultancy business to find a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their Rewards team on a permanent basis in Europe. The team focuses on developing and delivering best-in-class Total Reward Programs to attract, develop, and retain top employees.

This role will deliver high-quality support and service to HR Partners, Stakeholders, and Employees across the region, leading cyclical compensation processes and special projects for the region. The Senior Compensation Analyst will consult with key stakeholders to provide guidance, analysis, and solutions to business requirements.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Rewards team as a Senior Compensation Analyst. You will be responsible for producing data analysis requirements for annual pay and bonus reviews, budget planning, and other processes. You will also partner with HR to provide guidance and direction on compensation processes and proposals.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the global delivery team as needed on special projects and partner with business areas to understand their Reward concerns and provide solutions. You will also contribute to equal pay, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and the European Pay Transparency Directive.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently, receiving general objectives and scope.
  • Proficiency in concealing, planning, and providing compensation consultation in complex areas.
  • Effective communication with employees at all levels.
  • Friendly and professional approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Pro-active and helpful manner with exceptional customer care.
  • Analytical and pro-active approach to day-to-day work practices.
  • Experience in supporting salary and bonus review cycles in large organizations.
  • Able to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Meet challenging deadlines.
What We Offer:

The salary for this position is up to £55,000 per annum, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days on site, 2 from home) and location options in Manchester or St Albans.
