We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Boutique Associate to join our team at Alaïa, a leading luxury fashion brand owned by Richemont.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in a luxurious boutique environment and contribute to the success of our luxury fashion brand. As a Luxury Boutique Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and supporting sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of ALAÏA products, including RTW and Accessories, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients
- Assist clients with product selection, styling, and fitting to ensure a perfect fit and optimal product performance
- Support sales teams in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their expectations
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for luxury fashion and exceptional customer service skills. As a Luxury Boutique Associate, you will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or customer-facing role in the luxury goods industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A strong understanding of luxury brand management, product knowledge, and marketing principles
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (desirable)
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
