Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at De Savary London. As a key member of our boutique team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide an outstanding level of service, greeting and assisting customers with an attentive and refined approach.
  • Sales Support: Guide clients through our product offerings, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of each item and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Boutique Presentation: Ensure that the boutique remains immaculately presented and organized, from stock displays to visual merchandising.
  • Sales Transactions: Manage sales transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism, handling luxury items with care.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our brand, products, and seasonal collections to enhance customer interactions.
  • Inventory Management: Support with stock control and organization, assisting in restocking displays and reporting any product shortages.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive, positive work environment and to ensure the boutique runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role within a luxury or high-end environment is desired.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury retail.
  • Personable: Approachable, well-presented, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the boutique's brand and values.
  • Flexibility: Available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the holiday season, with potential flexibility for extended hours as needed.
