Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We’re partnering with a leading IT Solutions company to find a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the software and hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the IT Solutions industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our IT Solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the software or hardware industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business growth.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
