Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a Children & Families caseload, including complex cases.
  2. Stay updated on legislation and policies, applying them to your work with children in need, child protection, and looked-after children.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  2. Experience: Proven experience managing Children & Families caseloads and using systemic practices.
  3. Skills: Exceptional communication, report writing, and organisational skills.
  4. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of child development, family court processes, and frameworks such as the Assessment Framework.
