This purpose-built care home offers the highest standard of residential and dementia care to its residents, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead and inspire our care team.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and be willing to work towards Level 3.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live their later life well.
- Support residents with personal care needs and facilitate their participation in a wide range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Passion for caring for older people.
- Previous care experience.
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
- A kind, warm, and caring nature, with the ability to work well as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- Patience, communication, and listening skills are equally important.
- Maintaining accurate records, time management, and prioritizing tasks will also be strengths.
- Ability to lead by example, form positive relationships, and energize colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
- An excellent salary of £12.75 per hour, with an annual salary of up to £31,824.
- A permanent full-time role for up to 48 hours a week, working through night shifts.
