About the Role:

Our care assistants are the backbone of our organization, and we are seeking individuals who share our values and commitment to delivering exceptional care. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their requirements. You will also work as part of a close-knit team, providing support and guidance to your colleagues as needed.
