About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Private Banking Director to join our team at Metro Bank. As a Private Banking Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to High-Net-Worth individuals, focusing on relationship management and tailored banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing personalized banking solutions and building long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the bank's presence in the high net worth market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' financial needs, providing expert advice on complex lending and savings solutions.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and credit committees to present clients' borrowing requirements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in private banking or a related field, with a strong track record of relationship management and business development.
  • Excellent understanding of high net worth individuals' financial needs and preferences.
  • Strong credit skills and ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including underwriters and credit committees.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
