Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Patient Services team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the practice team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and service.

The role involves both front desk and back office duties, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient records, including data entry and document scanning, ensuring accuracy and compliance with practice protocols.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage patient records, including data entry and document scanning, ensuring accuracy and compliance with practice protocols.
  • Support the clinicians and practice managers as needed, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to practice policies.
  • Cover all reception tasks, including answering phone calls, processing appointments, and handling cash transactions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
