Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Patient Services Associate. This is a part-time position working 25.5 hours per week in typical shifts of 30-6.

Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dentists, managing patient records, and handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
