Job Summary
As a Telesales and Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our client's business.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and general queries, ensuring a positive experience with the brand.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Handle post-sales service requests, including returns, exchanges, and technical support coordination.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and prospects.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling products/services with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints or concerns professionally while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
