This role is a key part of our Specialist Medicine Division, providing leadership and support for the pharmacy service to respiratory at Royal Derby Hospital and Queen's Hospital Burton.
As the Advanced Pharmacist for Respiratory, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary cardiology teams and colleagues in Pharmacy across UHDB to deliver and promote effective and high-quality pharmacy services to patients in our hospitals and virtual care settings.
With a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing services that optimize patient care and outcomes. You will also provide leadership and support to the clinical pharmacy team, working collaboratively with healthcare staff to achieve our goals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior and junior healthcare staff. They will also possess a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practice, with experience in specialist areas such as respiratory medicine.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
