Role Overview:

Fortus Recruitment seeks a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to manage planned maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with residents regarding planned maintenance works, ensuring clear expectations and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager and Site team to resolve client issues and facilitate timely responses.
  • Provide support to the help-desk, addressing queries from sub-contractors and clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and collect customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong phone and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
