Job Description

At Barchester Healthcare, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Supporting residents with their food and drink
  • FOLLOWING CARE PLANS TO ENSURE RESIDENTS RECEIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE
  • Developing strong relationships with residents and their families

Salary and Benefits
