Key Responsibilities
  • To be the main point of contact for clients and tenants, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Work closely with the Contract Manager and Site team to inform clients of any issues and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Support the helpdesk with daily emails from subcontractors and clients.
  • Visit tenants when required and conduct condition and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Arrange and book appointments/visits to properties.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business on a permanent basis. We are seeking someone with experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer, strong communication skills, and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and independently is also desired.
