We are currently seeking a highly skilled Property Assets Coordinator to join our team at Add Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repairs of a portfolio of residential buildings and estates in south London, Kent, and Surrey.

You will work closely with our clients, leaseholders, and residents to ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Preparing for and attending client Board meetings
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of residential property management practices
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to research, analyse, and reason logically
