About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our client's planned maintenance team in Bromley, South East London.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out internal and external planned maintenance to scattered properties and working with the client to identify and address any issues that may arise during maintenance work.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
