Maintenance Operations Liaison Representative

Fortus Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service expert to join our planned maintenance team. As a key point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service and communicate with residents regarding planned maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Keep residents informed about job progress and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager and Site team to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support the help-desk by addressing queries from sub-contractors and clients.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
- This is a permanent position within a rapidly expanding business.
- The role offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
£27,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
