Business Development Manager - Experiential and Brand Activation

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at air-recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a clean tech business that is shaping the future of applications and networks.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in experiential, brand activation, and events. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, generating sales leads, and developing strategies to grow the business globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and sustainability
  • Manage client relationships from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional standards
  • Generate sales leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Pitch and present to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Passion for tech, sustainability, and renewable energy
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or media
  • Experience selling to agencies and brands
  • Desired experience in closing deals with major brands
  • Exceptional attention to detail and digital native skills
