About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to take the next step in their career. As a Senior Social Work Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, working closely with children and young people who are looked after, and those who have a plan of adoption. You will need to have strong organisational skills, be able to analyse information, and formulate outcome-focused care plans.
