About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Philips International. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way we serve customers in the North American healthcare market.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will provide sales enablement and marketing support to the Service Solutions Sales team as part of our larger Service Marketing strategy. You will also provide direct support to the Sales teams to ensure success and gather feedback from teams to support continuous improvement of enablement programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of marketing and sales enablement programs in partnership with Business Marketing Managers;
  • Manage internal and customer-facing collateral, training, contact lists, etc. via Sales Enablement platform (Seismic);
  • Improve utilization of Sales Enablement Platform through understanding the needs of supported sales teams;
  • Partner with experts and provide ongoing training and support for greater utilization of Seismic;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business; MBA a plus;
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medical technology products and solutions;
  • Tech-savvy, strong understanding of and experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms such as Seismic;
  • You must be able to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation;

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
