Job Description

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Professional to join our management team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about achieving success and driving business growth.

As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth through market expansion and customer engagement.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and setting high standards for the sales team.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, particularly within the defence industry, leveraging our accredited qualifications.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and other management requirements to ensure targets are met.
